So today the gym scale..told me I weighed 124. And just now I stepped on my friends digital scale and it said 123.2!?!!?! No way…!! I swear just last week I was 125. This must be some kind of fluke! Yet, it’s normal to lose a pound of week. STILL, dang!

FOOD LOG:
B- Greek yogurt with granola. And whole wheat toast with peanut butter!
S- tall red eye from starbucks with non-fat milk.
L- half “Veghead sandwich”, a trillion veggies on multi-grain bread basically haha. With half a vegetarian tomato soup!
D- half a red potato and half a salad with carrots.
Oh and 4 vodka shots and 2 amoretto sours and 1 midori sour!
And i burned over 800 calories at the gym, whoot!
More importantly..got new Nike frees today!! The grey and bright orange ones..I’m in LOVE!

S- oatmeal with sugar free maple syrup.
L- whole wheat toast with peanut butter, and a kid sized red apple.
D- pear & apple.
Not really proud of today, i should be eating more!
and for exercise? same as yesterday except elliptical instead of stair master.

Those annoying fruit stickers can, apparently, be quite informative:
- A 4-number code denotes conventionally-grown fruits and vegetables (pesticides used);
- A 5-number code beginning with 8 means, organic or not, the fruit or vegetable was genetically modified (GE or GMO);
- And a 5-number code beginning with 9 means the fruit was organically grown without genetic modification.

My Wake Me Up Oatmeal for Breakfast
…again! I think I’ve started a new obsession!
FOOD LOG:
B- greek yogurt with some granola. 2 large spoonfuls of oatmeal (stole some of my friends haha)
L- side of mixed vegetables and hot and sour soup from panda.
D- potatoes and then some carrots with hummus. and 1 of those kid sized red apples.
S- pear, raisin granola bar, and 2 cuties.
EXERCISE:
30 mins running on treadmill, a little over 3 miles
10 mins walking on treadmill, cool down
20 mins on stair master
10 mins on cycle
and stretching in between all these
also usually do a trillion ab exercises, planks, push-up, etc. some with and some with out weight. BOOM!
